THE MIRRORED EGG

The Mirrored Egg ritual is a powerful and rapid way to set up daily protection and transmute energy that does not or no longer belongs in our energetic field. It’s also beautiful to envision. I recommend setting this intention 2x a day — in the morning to setup the day and evening before heading to sleep. This is also very helpful before you join any IRL or virtual gathering, whether it’s a business meeting, party or day in a crowded city.
